These roles are leadership positions focused on coordination, planning, and execution of programs — not employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programs under their department
- Plan and develop new initiatives and activities
- Support volunteers and coordinators within their area
- Ensure programs align with the organization’s mission
- Track progress and impact of ongoing initiatives
- Work with other directors to coordinate cross-program projects
